This happen three time already when someone over lvl 30 redeems my code, I don't get the 2nd reward of them reaching 30. 5 rare transfers and 10 stamina packs.

you get the second reward when you add someone under level 30 and then they become level 30. It doesnt work when you add someone over level 30, trust me i know i got over 70 friends on the game.
