Contract Rewards Empty Contract Rewards

Whenever I complete any kind of contract, I've done the free one and Lucrative one multiple times. And EVERY single time one finishes, all of my rewards are received or sent to my delivery box, all except for my basic transfer tokens, not once have I gotten the basic transfer tokens. Please help.

That's actually not a bug- you are not intended to receive Basic Transfers from contracts. Instead, you skip the process of doing a transfer and receive the card directly- you'll notice that the next time you do a contract, you receive a card with it.

However, we realize this is confusing as the icon is for a Basic Transfer, so we are working on making it a bit more comprehensible.
