App crashing after GvG & unable to restart

AC memories is no crashing again after GVG battles. This time you're unable to get back into the game, you get stuck at the beginning at the green screen with the bubbles. People are having to uninstall and reinstall the game each time to actually play. I think that's a little excessive to have to do to be able play the game.
How about a fix so we can all play the game.???
