Assassin campaign gvg not working

I submitted a ticket during the last gvg battle but now it is still not allowing access to the gvg battle. I can't get into the battle and when I close the app and try to reload it, it loads me into the gvg loading screen and I am stuck there and cannot even use the rest of the game even if I wanted to ignore the gvg. Gvg is one of my favorite things in this game and I wanted to get into the assassin campaign. What can be done about this GMs?

Same situation. Fix it please.
