No Msg Box in Guild Chat Empty No Msg Box in Guild Chat

Ok so one of my guild memebers is on a ipad mini and for some reason he can see everyones chats in the guild messages box but he cannot drop a message and have a chat...so hes tried trouble shooting it but that bug still exists, can you get your team to fix it asap please...
