Title loading error

Recently my app isn't loading, it loads the title screen okay but it it Dosent take me to the main page (or last page I visited) instead it just displays the background, has anyone encountered this error before? Refreshing the app only leads to this repeating. I would uninstall, install but I fear I may lose my character data can anyone help?

well to fix this you must uninstall the app

goto app store and reinstall the app. the update did not take over the air

only way to fix the problem

if you try and click on battle or anything to do with GVG do not click on reload, when you see the lost connection window

just click button that says OK
or else you will have to do it again .. sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
check your delivery box for 2 free transfers
if they are not there sorry ! again!

I was joking about the transfers
just dont hit the button that says RELOAD

Make sure you aren't in the blank GvG page when you close/exit the app either.

Click "ok" then use any menu button below to go to a different screen.

this pb is happening to me again... Already uninstall-reinstall the app twice - hope we'll get a fix soon
