Allies upgrade bug

I'm trying upgrade/augment some of my allies and it tells on the upgrade screen that it has hit limit break, I know it's not even close, it's an UR card with only 13900 M Atk , also the progress bars are fully red , I mean past the lock icon, and it's never been merged , also on one of the rare cards , same deal

Same Laureano de Torres and Niccolo Polo are the problems

I have the pics posted but they don't show
I can't host it says file type not valid, no matter which extension I use png/jpg  etc

Samething for me with Loreano but he his maxed at 26k att and def...

I have the option to unlock, when i press on it, tells me 4k gold to unlock (which i already paid) then i do OK and it tells me: Limit unlock error 18011

For Laureano de Torres, we already know of this issue- we're working on correcting it.

We have not had that reported for Niccolo Polo yet, but it's probably the same issue. Regardless, as you said you sent an email, we'll look into it. Thanks!
