New Social Rewards?

So I went back to social and I saw there is a new reward. It looks like James Kidd uniform. It say I have redeemed it (I do have all three james Kidd) but the uniform is no where to be seen. How do I get it?

There's actually a known issue that is causing some players to be unable to redeem all three tiers even if they haven't redeemed all the tiers before. We're looking into it atm to see what the cause is for this issue. (If you've already redeemed all three tiers in the past though, that's another story- you should only be able to redeem them once!)

But still I think it's unfair to change the rewards in the future
It really should just stay the way it was

Yeah mine is greyed in and worded as 'redeemed' for all 3- even though I only got the first one

I think it's the "Edward the Legend" costume actually.

And how do I redeem codes, the button is greyed out for me?
