Refund Procedure (as the developers don't give a damn anymore)
1. Go into iTunes program (on PC)
2. Click on your name (top right corner), click 'Account Info' (from drop down list).
3. Scroll to 'Purchase History' and click 'See All'
4. This is the hard bit. You must manually search through your history to find the in-app purchases (not the app purchase).
TIP: start at 07/2014 as this was the app's initial download date, and look at the 'Total Price' column to see which purchases cost you money rather than looking for the app's name.
5. Record the Order No (MH--------) This/These are vital to keep.
NB: If you don't record the Order No., you must repeat the whole process again to rediscover it!
FIND ALL MH-------- now, then continue.
6. Click the arrow (on left, next to Date, of the first purchase).
7. Click 'Report a Problem' button, and then choose the relevant in-app purchase. (Only need to select one purchase)
New Tab Opens
8. Enter Login details.
9. Click the relevant 'Report a Problem' button.
10. Click 'Choose Problem', and select 'Item opens but doesn't function properly' (Option 4, of the 5 available).
11. Ignore the displayed message about the app site.
New Tab Opens
12. Click 'iTunes Support Store.
13. Scroll down, click 'Contact Support' and 'iTunes Contact Support'.
14. Select Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
15. Click 'App doesn't work as expected'
16. Select the Talk option (they will call back at no cost to you).
Tell them "app developers have abandoned the game since end of October, there used to be daily battles but that hasn't happened since October, I've tried emailing them and you get only an automated reply, it doesn't work anymore and it used to be so much fun".
Also add "if you check forums and searches you'll see many players are really pissed off about this whole thing, the developers have just disappeared".

Re: Refund Procedure (as the developers don't give a damn anymore)
If we had been informed, back at the end of October, that the app was finished up- we would've been able to claim EASILY as the AppStore has a 90day refund policy. Instead it's now more difficult, and they use this thinking that we will just get sick of it and leave our money in their pockets
