HR and MR cards, Raid characters?

Ok so I was looking through the animus and I clicked on the 1x mixed package for 300 Abstergo credits, it says something like.

"Rare guaranteed with a chance for HR,SR and even MR cards possible. Chance or (blank) getting a raid advantage character"

So yeah something like that, I would like to know what this means, are new card types being added, what do the acronyms stand for.
