Redemption Problems

Hey,

Having trouble redeeming my 25 reward, also it says that my 50 is also redeemed?
Which isnt possible as i dont even have 50 friends

All 3 options are greyes out as 'Redeemed', what's happened here?

I contacted support about this, and they say they are working on it. That was about a week ago, so I'm hopeful it will be resolved soon.

Same mine was 3 days ago hopefully soon

I logged a ticket and they said
That they were escalating the issue

This is currently a known issue. Basically, it's a bug that occurred when switching over to new rewards. While it should be corrected for all future players redeeming friends, you are likely to be affected by this if you already redeemed any tiers of Invite Codes in the past.
